Rose Desert Congregate Care provides a non-institutional cozy environment, that helps our patients in their rehabilitation process. Our Interdisciplinary Care Team composed of physicians, nurses, case manager, social worker, therapists, registered dietitian, and activity director. We are here to help your loved ones to recover, and to help them to be as comfortable as possible in the place that feels like home.
